E-Motion Dance Festival is back!
Dear dancers and friends of dance,
We would like to invite you to this year's sports and cultural festival E-Motion, which will take place on 25th and 26th May 2024 in the futuristic premises of the ŠKODA Museum in Mladá Boleslav. This year's event will combine competitions such as the European Cup and the highest ranking competition of the ČSTS, the Dance Super League. For the public and partners we are organizing a gala evening, where the main program will be demonstrations of the world's top dancers and the finalists of the Cup.
We look forward to seeing all of you visitors who will spend days full of dancing with us.

About the event
E-Motion Dance Festival (E-MDF) which follows the beautiful tradition of Prague Open Dance Festival is a prestigious international dance competition held in the Czech Republic. This year's edition will take place on 25th and 26th May 2024 in the modern premises of the ŠKODA Museum in Mladá Boleslav. On the occasion of the 15th anniversary, we have established a new tradition in the form of a unique opening night NINE, which this year will be replaced by the Gala Evening for organisational reasons.
There is almost no need to introduce the E-MDF (formerly known as PODF) dance competition anymore. Every year, hundreds of couples travel to the heart of Europe, Czech Republic, to partake in this remarkable event. You can come see who will stand on the winner’s podium, as well as be swept by the dance performances of some of the world’s best couples.

Why come compete at E-MDF?
E-Motion Dance Festival (formerly known as Prague Open DF) is, by now, a traditional dance competition In the heart of Europe, Czech Republic. The city Mladá Boleslav is easy to get to by car, train or bus and unlike Prague there is little possibility you´ll get lost. The competitions are of the highest level – World Open category and other categories in three age groups.
As a novelty, you can look forward to a new venue. It’s a more spacious, modern dance hall with air condition and great acoustics. The venue, ŠKODA Muzeum, does not miss clean, modern facilities and a wide variety of available snacks. Faultless organizations with no delays is matter of course.
